Usable only at authorized Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk merchants. Fee for lost, stolen or damaged card is $2.00. Additional terms and restrictions are stated in accompanying Card Agreement. As required by Connecticut State Law, the funds on The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk Center-Wide Gift Card will never expire.** Purchase or use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms stated above and located on the back side of each Gift Card. A $2.00 fee will be deducted each month from the Card balance starting 12 months and 1 day after the Card activation date. The fee for replacing a lost, stolen or damaged Card is $2.00. **For fraud management purposes, the physical plastic Card may be rendered unusable after 18 months. If the Card becomes unusable with an available balance, you may present and exchange the unusable card at no charge for a replacement Card which will be activated in the amount of the available balance at the time of the exchange.
